Hi, I'm Edward!
Since 2014, I've been in the trenches of offshore staffing—managing over 1700 client or company facing contractors, employees simultaneously be it full time, part time or adhoc, closing hundreds of placements across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Singapore markets . I founded ecEmploy to deliver what I've learned that actually works: transparent processes, relationship-focused management, and technology that helps clients succeed working with their offshore staff long term.
Here's what sets me apart: I've lived every challenge you're about to face. I know why some offshore relationships thrive while others fail. ecEmploy combines everything I've learned that works-no hidden fees, all-in-one management tools, and the relationship support that makes offshore teams succeed. From 2008, I’ve worked for a US Recruitment company placing US citizens with US company, and from 2014 to 2023 worked for Australian companies in the offshore industry. That’s over 15 years working and breathing foreign clients, candidates, that’s over 15 years of different foreign cultures, foreign relationships!
